We are proud to announce that for the fifth consecutive year KPMG in Belgium has been nominated as 'Top Employer België / Belgique'

Along with 42 other outstanding organizations in Belgium, however the only one among the “Big Four”, KPMG has been rewarded with this amazing title again in 2011. According to the CRF Institute (the specialist when it comes to international research on working conditions that conducted the research), KPMG offers young talents good working conditions and striking training and development possibilities, as well as a great career development path.

KPMG’s efforts when it comes to Human Resources are prized. Indeed, “We are known among the Big Four for our unique working atmosphere”, says Wouter Van Linden, Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits. According to his colleague Marc Van Hoecke, Head of People, KPMG’s employees “are eager to continue to collaborate with us since we pay attention to them, to their training, development and career”. Obviously, KPMG really cares about its people.

All 43 organizations in the list of the 2011 Top Employers in Belgium have been assessed on four criterions: Primary & Secondary Working Conditions, Training & Development, Career Development, and Organization Culture. Ruud Van Es, Country Manager Benelux at Top Employers asserts that this reward is highly valued by young, high-educated professionals and has a strong influence on their choice when it comes to select their future employer.
